Zibster Partner Dashboard Walkthrough

As a Zibster Partner, you have access to the Partner Dashboard, which enables you to see at a glance everything that's going on with all of your clients' websites.

Here, you can view all the clients you are linked to, create new trial websites, invite potential clients, view the status of your clients' accounts, and see the last time an account was updated or modified.

You can see this information in either a list or "card" view, whichever way is easiest for you to view this information. (Change the layout anytime by clicking the buttons in the top-left area of the window.)

You can click into any card to view more details about that client or their account.

When you're ready to get started on a site, click the pink 'New Site' button. You'll be asked to choose if the account will be a "PhotoBiz" or a "Zibster" website.

Zibster is our business platform built for all business types.

PhotoBiz is our photographer platform and includes specific tools for photographers and creatives.

The builders are nearly identical, so you can choose PhotoBiz if you're building a photographer's website... but otherwise use the default Zibster platform for a new account.

Setting up a New Account

New accounts are considered "Trial" accounts. They will not be able to go live with a domain name until the annual or monthly website membership is paid for. You get a 180-day window to build trial accounts, which should give you plenty of time to work on the website before going live and being paid for by your client.

Once a website is paid for, it is considered an "Active account."

Invititing a current Zibster client

If you have been invited to work on an already existing website, you can gain access to that account as an editor by sending an Invitation to the website owner. Your client can accept or decline this invitation to grant you access to their account. Once they accept the invite, the account will show up in your partner dashboard.

Release, Delete Invite or Delete Trial

When you have completed work on a client's website and no longer need access to that site, you can release the account. This means you can no longer access that site from the partner dashboard. To gain access back, you'll need to send an invitation.

You may also delete an invitation from the dashboard, as well. Just select the account and delete the invitation.

If you decide to delete an account, all the work you've done will be erased, the account will be deleted, and it will no longer show in the partner dashboard.
